Wristwarmer *GridSky*

This is a pattern for a multicoloured wristwarmer with thumb gusset. The wristwarmer is knitted using the Matrix style - an easy-to-knit slip stitch cable technique.
Even though the pattern looks impressive, it is rather easy to knit: In each round, only one colour is used. The colour changes after each round. The cables/twists consist of two stitches only and can be easily worked without a cable needle.
The knitting pattern is charted.

Size: 20 cm (8 in) long, 16 cm (6,5 in) circumference
Yarn: 4ply / fingering / sockyarn, uni and variegated in matching colours
Original yarn: Filace Sockyarn, Opal mini
Yardage: approx. 100 m (109 yds) per colour
Needle size: 2.0 to 3.0 (US 0-2,5) dpns
Skill level: 3 (1 easy - 5 difficult)
