Scarf *PaintedStripes*

The scarf *PaintedStripes* is easy to knit - but very impressive, even though the pattern is easy to memorize. The pattern consists of alternating lacy and solid stripes, designed to showcase the colourways of handpainted yarn as well as gradient wool. The pattern is charted.

Size: 35 x 180 cm / 14 x 71 in (length: variable)
Yarn: variegated yarn (fingering weight) or handpainted and handspun yarn
Yardage: approx. 400 m (440 yd)
Needle size:5.0 to 5.5 mm (US size 8 to 9, UK size 6 to 5)
