1. Payment options

1.1. For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless stated otherwise in the relevant product description or offer:

- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Paypal
- Cash on collection
- Payment by cash on delivery


1.2. For international deliveries, we offer the following payment options, unless stated otherwise in the relevant product description or offer:

- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Paypal
- Payment by cash on delivery

1.3. For self-pickup, the seller informs the buyer via e-mail that the ordered products are ready to collect. After receiving this e-mail, the buyer will be able to pick up the goods during the times stated in the notification. No shipping costs will be charged.

2.1. All orders are shipped via DHL.

2.2. We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Worldwide
The shipping costs are stated in detail in the articles 3.1., 3.2. and 3.3.

3. Shipping costs

3.1. For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4,90 EUR per order.

From a gross order value of 50,00 EUR, we waive the shipping costs (within Germany only).

3.2. For the payment option "Cash on delivery" (COD), an additional fee of 5,60 EUR is applied.

3.3. International deliveries

Europe - DHL Zone 1 - EU*:
The shipping costs are 16,50 EUR up to 2 kg, 19,90 EUR up to 5 kg, 25,90 EUR up to 10 kg and 49,90 EUR up to 30 kg.
The weight refers to the gross weight of the shipment (goods plus packaging).

Europe - DHL Zone 1 - Non-EU*:
The shipping costs are 22,50 EUR up to 2 kg, 24,50 EUR up to 5 kg, 27,50 EUR up to 10 kg and 39,50 EUR up to 30 kg.
The weight refers to the gross weight of the shipment (goods plus packaging).

Europe - DHL Zone 2*:
The shipping costs are 16,50 EUR up to 2 kg, 19,90 EUR up to 5 kg, 25,90 EUR up to 10 kg and 49,90 EUR up to 30 kg.
The weight refers to the gross weight of the shipment (goods plus packaging).

Europe - DHL Zone 3 - EU*:
The shipping costs are 16,50 EUR up to 2 kg, 19,90 EUR up to 5 kg, 25,90 EUR up to 10 kg and 49,90 EUR up to 30 kg.

Europe - DHL Zone 3 - Non-EU*:
The shipping costs are 21,50 EUR up to 2 kg, 26,50 EUR up to 5 kg, 34,90 EUR up to 10 kg and 57,50 EUR up to 30 kg.
The weight refers to the gross weight of the shipment (goods plus packaging).

World - DHL Zone 4*:
The shipping costs are 33,50 EUR up to 2 kg, 39,50 EUR up to 5 kg, 49,00 EUR up to 10 kg and 87,50 EUR up to 30 kg.
The weight refers to the gross weight of the shipment (goods plus packaging).

World - DHL Zone 5*:
The shipping costs are 39,50 EUR up to 2 kg, 51,70 EUR up to 5 kg, 71,90 EUR up to 10 kg and 152,80 EUR up to 30 kg.
The weight refers to the gross weight of the shipment (goods plus packaging).

World - DHL Zone 6*:
The shipping costs are 46,50 EUR up to 2 kg, 58,90 EUR up to 5 kg, 79,50 EUR up to 10 kg and 161,50 EUR up to 30 kg.
The weight refers to the gross weight of the shipment (goods plus packaging).

*DHL Zone 1 - EU:
Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic

*DHL Zone 1 - Non-EU:
Liechtenstein, Switzerland

*DHL Zone 2:

*DHL Zone 6:
All countries and areas that are not included in any of the zones stated above.

3.4. Please note that additional charges may apply for international shipments, such as taxes or customs duties. These charges are based on the individual laws and regulations of each country and have to be borne by the buyer.

4. Delivery times

4.1. The delivery time within Germany is 3-4 business days after the payment order to the referring bank (for payment in advance), or after the conclusion of the contract (for other payment methods). On (Saturdays), Sundays and public holidays, there are no deliveries. If an item is not in stock or won't be ready for delivery immediately, thus extending the delivery time, it will be stated individually in the item description.

4.2. The delivery time for international shipments is 7-14 business days after the payment order to the referring bank (for payment in advance), or after the conclusion of the contract (for other payment methods). On (Saturdays), Sundays and public holidays, there are no deliveries. If an item is not in stock or won't be ready for delivery immediately, thus extending the delivery time, it will be stated individually in the item description.
