Sock *Murx*

The sock *Murx* has a playful Matrix style pattern - an easy-to-knit slip stitch cable technique - at the leg. The design requires 2 different solid-coloured sockyarns. The special feature of this design is that each of the used colours will alternatingly be foreground colour. The sock is worked from the toe up.
Even though the pattern looks impressive, it is rather easy to knit: In each round, only one colour is used. The colour changes after each round. The cables/twists consist of two stitches only and can be easily worked without a cable needle.
Instructions for heel and toe are not included; these are worked according to your preference. The pattern is charted.

Size: EU 38-41 / US 7,5-10,5 / UK  5,5-8,5
Yarn: 4ply / fingering / sockyarn, in 2 colours, both solid
Needle size: 2,0 - 2,5 mm (US 0 - 1,5)
Yardage: approx. 180 m (197 yds) per colour
Skill level: 3 (1 easy – 5 difficult)
