Sock *Sporty*

The sock *Sporty* has a beautiful Matrix style pattern - an easy-to-knit slip stitch cable technique. Chains of slip stitch cables start at the cuff and end at the beginning of the toe. The design requires 2 different solid-coloured sockyarns.
Even though the pattern looks impressive, it is rather easy to knit: In each round, only one colour is used. The colour changes after each round. The cables/twists consist of two stitches only and can be easily worked without a cable needle.
Instructions for heel and toe are not included; these are worked according to your preference. The pattern is charted.

Size: EU 39/40 / US 8.5/9 / UK 6/6.5
Yarn: 4ply / fingering / sockyarn, in 2 colours, both solid
Needle size: 2.5 mm (US 1,5)
Yardage: approx. 160 m (175 yds) per colour
Skill level: 2 (1 easy – 5 difficult)
